Information you provide

Perimeter Advisory uses your name, email, firm and any call details you provide to deliver the readiness pack and arrange requested calls. We store these details, your requested call times and email processing status in our database. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Pack downloads

Pack emails contain a personalised link. We record when the PDF is requested through that link and which version was served. This does not tell us whether it was saved or read. If you forward the link, downloads remain associated with your original request.

Email and hosting

Our hosting infrastructure stores requests and PDF files. Resend processes email addresses and message content to deliver requested emails. Call confirmations and calendar attachments contain a personal link to a meeting page on our website. The page displays the latest joining instructions. Anyone with this link can view those instructions, so please keep it private.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support form security, your cookie choice and administrator sessions. Optional Google Analytics measures page visits and successful form submissions only after you accept analytics. We do not send your form details or personalised download links to Google Analytics. You can reject analytics and still use the site.

The readiness assessment saves your answers in your browser. Administrators record discovery-call responses in our database and may use the answered questions to prepare a proposal. Generated proposals retain the reviewed responses, scope, fees and terms used at the time. These records and proposal PDFs are accessible only to authorised administrators. The older internal console retains any legacy notes in the administrator's browser.

Your choices and contact

To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, email info@perimeter-advisory.com. We retain enquiries for follow-up and administration, and review stored records for removal when no longer needed.
